J'ai une Fedora core 4 d'installée.
De mémoire tout allait bien au début.
Je sais pas depuis quand (peut-être depuis une upgrade ?), le boot se fige sur "Uncompressing Linux... Ok booting the kernel."
Puis termine son boot normalement.
J'ai mesuré une fois 50s de latence (je sais pas si c'est autant ou plus à chaque boot).
En regardant sur google j'ai vu que c'était peut-être lié à l'ACPI alors j'ai désactivé l'ACPI dans le BIOS...
Il a rajouté un message concernant l'ACPI qui lui plait pas, puis freeze pendant près de 2min... et termine le boot comme si de rien était !

Comment faire pour savoir qu'est-ce qui bloque au début du boot, quand il y a pas encore de consoles ?

Bon j'ai voulu tester le DD... Impossible de booter sur le CD...

Bon c'est a priori plutôt un problème Hard !

Je confirme, après avoir changé de nappe le boot est quasi immédiat.

Eh merde il va falloir que je retrouve des nappes pour mon Jetway MiniQ c'est pas gagné.

Je hais les formats propriétaires !
